gui lin>

first day first--- my parents and i went to the airport by taxi. i was feeling quite excited.. :)

to be frank i feel that the airline is not a good ones..we don't even have personal screen..and the food is yuck! the movie that is beng shown is eragon. well and on the journey back the same show is being shown.. :(

well first day we just check in to the hotel..there's tour guide bringing us there..and our groups tours are quite friendly too.. i have to share the room with yeah teacher's daughter..well her name is ker ker.. she's quite nice and we watched korean series together in chinese version.. it is 'Huo hua yiu xi' ...i quite like.. :) but it ended quite late ..midnight...and there's an advertisement of jay chou too! he's advertised an eye drop ...but just for a short few seconds..

the next day,we went for breakfast ....and the buffet was not really a good ones.. i only enjoyed the fresh milk..and we left at 8.oo plus.. am.. and the tour bus drove up the mountain...it was a long journey..there ,we can see terracing.. that i learned in geograhy (reminded me of mr tan and my geo's result)
then after a long hours, we reached the village ...it was a small village..and they are dressed in their traditional costume.. they have a really long hair..and they cut their hair only at the age of 16-18 and kept them..and later on ,not cutting again...and used the cut hair to tie the rest of the hair... i feel that it's quite troublesome.. but they have nice hair as they use water after washing rice to wash their hair..and they sang for us..and asked us to join them ...men sang song with them..and girls danced with them... i was one of them
and later on...i bought one hand-made wallet from them..

later on we went to the restaurant to eat..the food is horrible.. anyway ..on our way back.. we stopped at the petrol station ...the toilet is worst of all..super smelly! and no door...what choice do i have ? worse than that the bus engine was dead..and we have to wait for a new bus to arrive.. we were not very happy about it of course..and my mum agrued with the tour guide ..and so the guide decided to brought us to riding boat..which is out of programme.. and we don't have to pay.. :) well and in the evening , we went to restaurant to eat mashroom steam boat.. but they are poisonous...and have to be really cooked.. i was quite scared too..but they are so tasty.. then we went for boat riding..and there are some france people too come for tour..husband and wife were sitting in front of us.. they are quite friendly too .. and we chat with them as well.. there nice scenery( very romantic) like park..chinese park..yeah..saw some couples there..too ! wow how romantic ... and later there's a man came into the boat to play er hu for us... and he's fantastic.!!
later on we went to walk at the night market.. nothing much though..i wanted a watch but my dad refused to buy it..he said it is bad quality...not sure about that

the next day(15/4/07)----well today we went to explore the cave which is really massive and renowned...there's stone that looked alike lion,snow man,and fish which had its head burry in the ground.. and many more. then we went for lunch and go to the park...nothing at all..
and we went to see big mountain which has shape like eleplant that drinking water...we took a few photos of that..and there are few shape of elephant stones...slightly taller than me..and dad had to push me up there as i can't get up by my own.. :) and we bought an art piece..caligraphy..by giving my chinese name and the man would use it to create in to poem and wrote out.. :) for 100 yuan..
and then we went to a shop that sells pearls.. there's cream ( pearl) ,necklace, bracelet,rings...and well..the lady said one cream small bottle costed..280 yuan..but after bargaining with mum.. one big box(containing six small box) cost 300yuan..and so we bought one box,..and the rest bought them as well.. and i also got one necklace..just one pearl.. 100 yuan.. actually quite regret buying..
then we went for lunch there are 9 dishes..not marvellousbut at least better...and at about 7pm,we went for watching perfomance.. ballet(chinese) it is amazing.. one of the girl and one of the boy was hold on to the string..and the man's leg was tie with a rope and the other end of the rope was hung around the girl's neck and she was spin in the air.. without holding on the the clothe of the rope..only with the sting that attach to her neck.. i was frightened ,wonder if she would fell to the ground or not..but of course she didn't
at night we watched the same korean series again.. :) i like it even more now..

the next day,we went to 'sliver cave'..well it's equally beautiful.. as the previous one ...the cave is so massive that i feel quite scared somehow...there water just like a small lake..and it is so clear and transparent that the reflection of the the stones could be seen exactly in the water...then we went for lunch the food is about the same as the others meals.. fish,chicken,vegetables,soup..thing like that ...then we were bought to the shop that sells medicine and we box two bottles.......and we went to take the ferries.. er... i mean cable car.. up the mountain.. it was quite scary as the cable car doesn't seem that strong.. and i feel like i was floating in the air.. i was seated witn my mum while my dad shared it with my mum's classmate.. it was quite scary to look down.. but somehow we reached the top of the mountain safely.. :) and the scenery is something i would always remember for long.. fog was overwhelmed the top of the mountains.. ..
well on the back down ...we took the small wheel car.. that slide along the slider... :) and well it is sort of fun but i feel quite giddy afterward.. then we went for dinner..
and at night we went to watch another perfomance.... it is so grand.. as they make use of the scenery(mountains..and river) to perfomance.. they actually perfomance..in the river ..it was at night..and so we could see nothing but the darkness..untill the spot light is switched on and shown to each of the mountains... so nice! and the view ahead is just like a picture to me.. not like a real mountain even though they are.. they shown the life of the villagers..thing like that..like teaching the bird to catch fish for them..
then at night ,back at the hotel ,we went to shop at the street nearby.. so many shops but then the price is a bit higher than usual..but at least i bought some er.. clothes and kipling bag.. red colour..my mum was feeling unwell..she kept going to toilet and her lower part of stomach was hurt...

the next day(17/04/07)---in the morning we went to a place.. well there are houses that were built in chinese style..and they are quite nice.. and take a short boat ride..and see some performance..and see how people washed their clothes(in the river) we went to boat ride again..before getting in to the boat,we took group photo and i saw one tour guide walked into th boat carrying a plastic bag with potatoes chips ! and it's jay chou on the front packet..! in the river li jiang.. very marvellous..and by taking in fresh air,i don't feel tired at all.. well.. later when we got in to the boat..the 'jay chou' potato chip is being distributed to all of us.. i didn't eat it ..hee.. and i decided to bring it home with me.. at the late after noon..we went to airport get ready come home.. and there are similar faces..taking the same plane as me..as there are other tours that go there like us do..took the same plane as us.. and we did meet along the way..as went to the same places.. and while waiting for abroading the plane ,i walked aroundseeing things that are for selling.. and as i was looking at a book..suddenly a man appeared beside me and asked me in thai if what i was looking is story book.. he's from another tour..and i saw him several times too..he's quite tall ..i'm only at his shoulder..i guess his around my age..or slightly older.. i looked up feeling shocked.. and later i told him it wasn't..and i explainedto him about paper cutting..and i think i say a bit too much.. haha..and i told him i was just guessing..then he seemed to be observing the the paper cutting..
well and later as i went up the aeroplane..i saw him looking at the corner of my eyes..but didn't looked up..then later i did..and he smiled to me.. and so i sort of smile back...to be frank he's quite good looking..wearing simple but nice clothes..with jeans..wearing black colour spectacle.. quite cute.. haha..
well anyway..after that we took taxi home..and went to bed..and after sleeping for like 3 hours.. my mum came to wake me up and asked me to accompany her to see doctor.. and so i went with her.. it was 3 am...on the road was quite quiet.. it was so unlucky as the car was about to run out of petrol..and at that time the petrol station was not really opened..after entering to one petrol station..we couldn't see anyone..and hoping for the best ...went into the other one..and well there's no petrol that we wanted..and lucky enough the last one is available...i felt so sleepy and i on the music but then somehow how it can't keep me awake..
and well we reached the hospital finally ...but no patient at all..at that time..and after waiting for result of urine test we both dozed off and the nurse had to come and wake us up..and well and the doctor gave her medicine... she's much better now :)
and by the time we reached home,it was like 5am....and so i slept and woke up again was 12pm..
